What investors say
What investors say
We've worked with plenty of contractors who know how to renovate a house. Finding one who actually understands the business of flipping is a different story. Bridge & Build gets it. Every extra week in construction eats into our margins, so speed, communication, and execution matter. They handle everything from foundation and roofing to full interior rehabs, keep us informed throughout the project, and understand that the goal isn't just to finish the house. It's to get it back on the market and sold.

More detail: investor rehabs · running a DFW rehab from out of state
How much does a flip rehab cost in DFW?
Most of our investor rehabs run $30K–$150K. Size, condition and finish level move the number. Your line-item scope is the real number.
How long does a flip rehab take?
Usually 4–8 weeks from start to handback, depending on scope. Your scope comes with a schedule in weeks.
Can you scope the house before I close?
Yes. We walk it and write a line-item scope you can take to your lender. It’s free when you commit to us for the rehab. If you want the scope before you commit, it’s $1,000, and the full $1,000 is credited when you hire us for the work.
Do you work with hard-money lenders and draws?
Yes. Every job gets a line-item scope by default, and we send progress photos at the intervals your lender sets for draws.
I don’t live in Texas. Can I still flip with you?
Yes. You get a photo on every scope line, progress photos on your schedule, a dedicated project manager and a completion report. A real person answers when you call or text.
What trades do you handle?
Foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, paint, kitchens and baths. One team coordinates all of it, and we pull permits when the work needs them.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Every job comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something we did fails, call or text and we come back and make it right.
Under contract on a DFW flip?
Send the address and your closing date. We’ll call, walk it and send a line-item scope.
