Flippers
Spend where buyers look.
We scope for resale: the kitchen, baths, floors and curb appeal that move the price, not upgrades buyers won’t pay for. Every week we save is carrying cost you keep.

Most of our investor rehabs run $30K–$150K and take 4–8 weeks. You get a line-item scope, a dedicated project manager and a photo on every line, so you can run the job from anywhere.
Who we rehab for
Flippers
We scope for resale: the kitchen, baths, floors and curb appeal that move the price, not upgrades buyers won’t pay for. Every week we save is carrying cost you keep.
BRRRR and buy-and-hold
Rental-grade finishes that survive tenants: LVP floors, paint sheens that wipe clean and counters that hold up. Built for the appraisal now and fewer repairs later.
Rental rehab programs
For operators whose homes need more than a turn. Same line-item scopes, photos and QC walk we run on our rental turns every week.
Out-of-state investors

What to expect
Ranges are typical of our recent rehabs, not quotes. Your line-item scope is the real number.
How a rehab runs
We walk the property and write the scope before you close. It's free if we do the work. Scope only is $1,000. Send photos first and we can give you a range.
Every item priced on its own line, with a schedule in weeks. You approve exactly what gets done.
Foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, paint, kitchens and baths. You text one person, not six subs.
Daily updates, plus progress photos at the intervals you or your lender set for draws.
We walk the home ourselves before handback. You get dates, photos and any open items in one report.
Value and durability
Flip or hold, we pick materials for your exit. For rentals, that means finishes that survive tenants, so the next turn is cheap.
Holds up to pets, spills and move-outs. No carpet to replace between tenants.
A scuff becomes a wipe, not a repaint at the next turn.
Materials picked to resist chips and stains, so the kitchen still shows well at refi and resale.
If an upgrade won’t pay you back in rent or sale price, we’ll tell you before it goes on the scope.

Who you work with
We spent nearly two decades running rehabs and turns for national single-family rental operators. We also flip and hold our own properties through Flipping Fort Worth, so we pay carrying costs the same way you do.

What investors say
We've worked with plenty of contractors who know how to renovate a house. Finding one who actually understands the business of flipping is a different story. Bridge & Build gets it. Every extra week in construction eats into our margins, so speed, communication, and execution matter. They handle everything from foundation and roofing to full interior rehabs, keep us informed throughout the project, and understand that the goal isn't just to finish the house. It's to get it back on the market and sold.
When you're managing multiple renovation projects, the last thing you need is to manage your contractor too. Bridge & Build gives us one point of accountability across every trade, daily progress updates, photo documentation, and their own quality-control process before completion. Their crews are built for production, and their team understands how delays affect carrying costs and returns. That level of visibility and execution is exactly what we look for in a renovation partner.
