A two-story Plano house with dark wood paneling, a gutted kitchen, an outdated primary bath and a pergola that was rotting overhead. We ran it as one job with one project manager, from demo to final invoice in 49 days.

What we started with
- Two-story living room in dark wood paneling, with a brick fireplace
- Kitchen opened up to the studs
- Wallpapered primary bath with an old tub and tile
- Worn stair treads and dated railings
- Pergola rafters rotted through
What we did
- Kitchen rebuilt with white shaker cabinets, a quartz island, a dark tile backsplash and stainless appliances
- Primary bath with a walk-in glass shower and a separate tub
- Wood paneling out, fireplace painted, walls and ceilings refinished
- LVP throughout, including the stair treads, plus painted railings
- Secondary baths with new vanities, tile surrounds and black fixtures
- Pergola rebuilt over the patio

- One project manager coordinated every trade, so the investor had one contact for the whole job.
- Line-item scope up front and written change orders for anything found behind the walls.
