How much is a pre-purchase scope?
$1,000 for the walk and the line-item scope. The full $1,000 is credited when you hire us for the rehab. If you commit to us for the rehab before the walk, the scope is free.
Do I need to be there for the walk?
No. That is the point. We set up access with you or your agent, walk the house and send you the photos with the scope.
Will my lender accept it?
It is built for that: priced item by item, with a photo on each line and a schedule in weeks, so your lender can set the budget and the draw schedule. If your lender uses its own budget form, send it with your request.
How fast can I get it?
Tell us your option or closing date when you request it. We confirm the walk date and the date you will have the scope before you pay anything.
What if I just want a ballpark first?
Text photos to (682) 499-2969 and we will give you a price range for free. When you need numbers your lender can use, get the scope.
What if I don’t buy the house?
The scope is yours to keep. Use it to negotiate the price or walk away from a bad deal.
