Kitchen rebuilt: white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, tile backsplash, new stainless appliances, and the double-oven wall turned into a pantry
Primary bath: garden tub out, freestanding soaking tub in, tiled surround, frameless shower glass and two new vanities
Second bath: new double vanity, tub surround and fixtures
18 windows replaced
Living room paneling painted, brick fireplace limewashed white and inspected
Tile demoed, walls and ceilings retextured, whole interior primed and painted
About 1,700 sq ft of LVP, new doors, hardware, fans, lighting and blinds
Exterior: fence repaired and stained, trim and fascia painted, trees cut back, mulch and landscaping

Every item was written as its own line, so the client approved exactly what they were paying for.
When demo uncovered extra work (furr-downs, a missed tub, trim), it went to the client as one written change order before we built it.
Daily photo updates, our own QC walk before handback, and a completion report at the end.
